On site during production: follow-up of the contractor's work, site meetings, deviations, variation orders, cost control and inspections.

Overall responsibility for larger or several parallel projects, steering resources, budget and reporting to the client's management.

Kontrollansvarig, PBL level K (statutory building control)
Certified building control coordinator under Swedish law: prepares the inspection plan, takes part in the technical consultation and final consultation, and follows the project through to final approval.
